HP Tech Support is terrible. Im trying to get scanner replaced.
The problem I am having with the scanner is that it the feeder jams every time I scan something.
HP Support:
May I know whether the scanner is connected to any surge protector?

yes it is. I purchased a band new surge protector when I got the scanner.
HP Support:
I would suggest you to connect the scanner directly to the wall outlet and try scanning.
Bronson:
