HP Tech Support is terrible. Im trying to get scanner replaced.

  • The problem I am having with the scanner is that it the feeder jams every time I scan something.
  • HP Support: May I know whether the scanner is connected to any surge protector?
  • Bronson: yes it is. I purchased a band new surge protector when I got the scanner.
  • HP Support: I would suggest you to connect the scanner directly to the wall outlet and try scanning.
  • Bronson: .... Alright... Ill try that
  • HP Support: Please go ahead. I will standby.
  • Bronson: Surprise! Same Result...
  • HP Support: I am sorry to know that, Bronson.
  • Bronson: you and me both sister!
